KashiRasa collects information you provide directly (such as name and email when contacting us), usage data (pages visited, clicks, time on site via anonymous analytics), and device information (browser type, IP address). We do not collect payment information as we do not currently offer paid services.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to: (a) improve the website and its content, (b) respond to your enquiries, (c) send occasional updates if you opt in, and (d) understand how travellers use the platform to make it more useful. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. AI Guide Data
Conversations with our AI Guide (powered by Claude) are processed by Anthropic in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not store conversation transcripts beyond your active session. Do not share sensitive personal information in AI Guide conversations.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences (such as language selection). We may use analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not function correctly.
5. Third-Party Services
KashiRasa uses Supabase for data storage, Vercel for hosting, and Anthropic for AI. Each has their own privacy policies. We use Mapbox for maps (when activated). We load fonts from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address.
6. Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions for 12 months. Anonymous analytics data is retained per our analytics provider's policy. You may request deletion of any data you submitted by contacting us.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
